近來，「儀式感」一詞很流行，甚麼人生需要儀式感，18歲要行成人禮；中、西，甚至是日本流行的白色情人節都必須慶祝；生日必備生日蛋糕；紀念日必備鮮花及燭光晚餐，使特定的日子不再一樣。《生活需要儀式感》的作者李思圓認為，儀式感不僅僅是一種形式：「儀式感，是一種對生活認真、尊重、敬畏且熱愛的態度」既是生活態度，也是素養、堅持和熱愛。
閱讀這本書時，我對流於形式的儀式感並無多大興趣，反而欣賞作者強調的生活態度，特別是如何成為更好的自己，如何踏出舒適區(comfort zone)，堅持向理想邁進。

溝通不在於你說了甚麼, 乃在於對方聽進了甚麼。 在上篇文章中, 一位讀者的回應說, 他嘗試照著問題反思, 意想不到地竟用了112 分鐘, 想起了他對孩子的暴怒不是來自孩子的話, 乃是孩子的自以為是的高姿態, 這種高姿態的態度令他在腦海中把兒子與他直屬上司聯繫起來, 平常的委屈在唯唯諾諾的壓抑中(如上文中提粉飾太平的危害), 剎那間便對孩子爆發出來, 結果無言的溝通維持了差不多兩年半了。他終於知道問題不是孩子是自己那受委屈的心。
我相信一個真思考, 反省自己的人必定是能克服困難的人, 我也盼以下的內容能幫助更多的人答出無言溝通的一小步。

相信喜歡在Youtube上找影片看的民眾，應該都聽過「自說自話的總裁」這位Youtuber吧。他坐擁145萬的訂閱人數，每支影片就可賺過千元美金，事業一帆風順，蒸蒸日上的他，卻最近被人揭發抄襲其他同行的影片。
在2023年2月7日，一位頻道名稱叫「老張的精分世界」的作者發佈了一段視頻，視頻的標題為「请看官跳过本影片直接观看完整版对比「自說自話的總裁」公然抄襲！連原創者手誤部分都照抄，結果變成「雷神之錘」錘死自己！」詳細地講述了自己如何被「自說自話的總裁」抄襲。全片長19分鐘，以懷疑被抄襲，發佈於2022年8月5日的《盧丹鬼案》影片作為論證的基礎，作者提到他在搜集資料的時候，兩次閱讀《盧丹的惡魔》一書，將書中所述再加以自己的分析，最終製成影片。故此，他所製作的影片順序與書的順序不同，單憑這一點他認為就可以作為被抄襲的證據，因為要是其他人用同樣的題材做影片，也不會和他所作的順序完全一致，而湊巧的是，「自說自話的總裁」於2023年2月4日發佈的「400年前，17名修女被惡魔附身，案件轟動歐洲，驅魔師輪番上陣，歷時5年，卷宗細節被一一記錄在案，這是我們從世俗歷史中唯一可以看見的真實驅魔細節……」的影片，當中的敍述順序是與作者的完全一致。
