這次從管理層的角度告訴大家，公司會解僱什麼員工。

以下我綜合了4個特質，是會被公司界定為「麻煩員工」的，亦是我過去作為管理層，覺得「不能容忍、不應存在」的同事。

人生在世，有時總會面對突如其來的風暴，叫人霎時間措手不及。有人從此一蹶不振，背負傷痛渡過餘生；有人卻能轉危為機，從中蛻變成長，開展人生新的篇章。這箇中的關鍵秘訣，在於有否鍛鍊心理韌力。

接受既成事實

由於人生風暴往往是沒有預警，頃刻臨到，當事人當刻都不敢相信眼前所發生的一切是真的。苦難就像作夢一般難以置信，因此即使當事人如夢初醒，理性上知道苦難已經臨到自己身上，情感上也難以接受。然而，在情感上坦然接受苦難已經發生在自己身上，是走出困境的第一步。為什麼？因為如果在情感上不能接受既成事實，就會湧現自責、後悔、憤恨、埋怨等種種的負面情緒，令自己陷入心理的內耗之中。一旦陷入心理內耗，就會大大損耗面對困境的心理能量，難以沉靜下來尋找解決問題的辦法和出路。

及時止損

Since recently influenced by angels' arts, I made Marika's guardian angel a throne, guides her (fluffy) soul to her new life and give hints to Marika, that explosions are arts. A total of 5 pages fan-lore on how Marika finds her home, and pursue as a Vtuber afterwards.

The first 5 pages are the full coloured comic, the latter ones are drafts. 

"Issac the Fox" is a series on an unhealthy arctic fox, his actions are reflecting the idioms themselves, also a reference from my product design friend =w=

Pic 1 is “Racking the Brain”, he squeezes the brain juice to a pot;

Pic 2 is “Flying Colours”, he has great grades but poor health;

Pic 3 is “Slide”, his health decreased lot more than before;

Pic 4 is “Planting Mushrooms”, inspired from a Chinese saying goes "Too bored and start growing mushrooms".

Pic 5 is “Raise Eyebrows”, surprised he is still alive after this long;
