Larry H.C. Tam & Associates Limited was established as an independent Chartered Surveyors Practice in Hong Kong in August 1988.

The firm specialises in Government lease negotiations, development consultancy, premium appeal and valuation work, but additionally deals with compensation and resumption claims, sale, purchase and leasing as well as Town Planning and Building Plans advice.

The firm has also participated in a large number of feasibility / development studies for both Government and the private sector.
