ECOSPACE Ltd, a 100% Veolia group, operates the Chemical Waste Treatment Facility (CWTF) of Hong Kong under a O&M contract with the Hong Kong SAR government. The CWTF is the only designated facility in Hong Kong to treat hazardous waste and infectious (medical) waste, in operation since 1993 and is located at Tsing Yi - New Territories.
