Hestia opened an experimental restaurant, Hestia Kitchen 燧記廚房, on Hong Kong Island in January 2019. Hestia focuses in stir-fry-to-order (即叫即炒) dishes and take-away service. On Deliveroo, Hestia is the TOP rank Chinese restaurant in Central and Western District among 430 restaurants. (4.8/5.0 @ 20200826). On Foodpanda, Hestia is also one of the top Chinese restaurants. (4.5/5.0 @ 20200826). Hestia is planning to open 6 more restaurants by the end of 2021.
