OBJECTIVE:
The Sourcing and Admin Assistant(e) is responsible for maintaining supplier relationships and providing administrative support to the Asia Team based in Hong Kong.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

- 10 days annual leave (based on full time contract)

- Company bonus incentive on profit every year for all employee
- Salary based on 15.000 HKD per month (based on full time contract, pro rata per days worked)


JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT / ADMIN
- Work in cooperation with French / Chinese logistic and supply chain department to coordinate Asia shipments
- Provide administrative and sales support to the Asia Sales Manager
- Keep record of all production status
- CRM management / Files management
- Catalog list update
- Follow up company guideline

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate or above
- At least 2 years in the sourcing industry and administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, can work in full autonomy
- Well organized, detailed-oriented
- Following skills will be a plus
- Immediate available is highly preferable
