A dynamic new Italian concept in Hong Kong, combining fast and fine cuisine in premium retail locations with continuous promotion, will open its first two locations in April and May 2016 in Central and Wanchai.

The stylish ambiance and decor is new to Hong Kong and the positions offered are part of a positive 'team' atmosphere. 

We are seeking a talented Full Time Employee to handle Operations, Marketing and Administration support and execution.   This is a varied position developing a range of talents.

We are also seeking talented candidates for Chef, Sous-Chef and Front of House/Servers for both locations.  Our food factory will begin operations to support these and future outlets, offering additional opportunities.

The Chef and Servers will commence duties immediately

Internships are available throughout the year.
