The Cakery's cupcakes, baked goods and other savory items only use natural, nutrient-rich ingredients and catered to today's health-conscious customers who have diverse needs and requirements including gluten-, wheat-, or dairy-free, organic or low in sugar or fat. Its first pop-up shop was opened at The Landmark in April 2016, followed by the Pacific Place pop-up in August 2016 and back at another location at The Landmark in November 2016. The first permanent shop of The Cakery was opened at Lee Gardens Two in February 2017 and the second shop is opened at The Landmark in April 2017.
