Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is the first and only casual restaurant chain based on a motion picture. Originated in California, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. opened its first restaurant on Cannery Row in Monterey, CA in 1996. Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. has 44 restaurants primarily in tourist-oriented, highly desirable locations including iconic destinations such as Universal CityWalk – Hollywood CA, Santa Monica Pier in California and Times Square in New York City. International locations include Bali, Cancun, Tokyo and of course The Peak Tower, Hong Kong with spectacular panoramic views.
