We registered in 2014 in Hong Kong, but the company founder has over 30 years of experience in tin industry.
Our vision is to provide reliable product supply, superior product quality and professional product service for the global tin industry.
Responsible Sourcing Policy for Tin Material
To ensure responsible sourcing of tin raw material and ensure its traceable, the Company hereby commits: we will not purchse or use any “conflict minerals” that origin from conflict affected and high risk areas(CARAHs) (including the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its 9 adjoining countries) which related to serious abuse of human rights. Conflict minerals refer to tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold and its derivatives. Such definition is derived from Section 1502 of Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act released in USA in 2010.
l The Company commits that the sourcing of tin products shall not direct or indirect finance or benefit to non-state armed groups in the Republic of Congo or its adjoining countries/regions that are perpetrators of serious human rights abuses.
l The Company shall only source from smelters are certified by independent third-parties. This includes Responsible Minerals Assurance Program(RMAP) under Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) or other mutually recognized certification programs.
l The Company commits to conduct dule diligence on tin products suppliers in accordance with OECD Due Diligence Guidance to collect sufficient information to demonstrate that we are complied with the relevant regulations as well as customer requirements.
l The Company encourages to source tin raw materials from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its adjoining countries(covered countries). Covered countries are : Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, South Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Zambia, Angola.
l The Company shall communicate this Responsible Sourcing Policy to all suppliers (including sub-contractors) and shall incorporate this requirement into the purchase contracts signed with suppliers.
The Company shall conduct an assessment regarding the source of tin materials from suppliers. Sourcing will be only approved once meet above requirement.
