Do you like change? How do you feel about the changes? Changes can be gradual, from climate change to aging, and changes in the surrounding environment. Change is always there. We may be too familiar with our surroundings to notice changes. The public even ignores warnings from professionals until disaster strikes. As we all know, humans have a history of 5,000 years. In his book, he told his readers the power of change. First of all, if you want to change the visible such as your appearance and your wealth, you must change the invisible. For example, you want to be attractive, but you stick to fast food and are unwilling to exercise more, then you are still unattractive.

The author started his writing journey because of his depression mental disease. For him, it must be difficult to engage in his life with consciousness form. As he mentioned, Being is the eternal, ever-present One Life beyond the myriad forms of life that are subject to birth and death. However, being is not only beyond but also deep within every form as its innermost invisible and indestructible essence. This means that it is accessible to you now as your own deepest self, your true nature. You can know it only when the mind is still.

Why are people unwilling to listen to opposing views? This is an interesting topic. A group of neuroscientists at the USC Brain and Creativity Institute in Los Angeles conducted a study looking at the brain activity of subjects when their beliefs were challenged. As a result, parts of their brains lit up, as if they were being chased by a bear.

Why do we always fall in love with bad guys? We know they just want something from us, they don't want to engage in our daily life. But we are still willing to pay and even sacrifice for them. The root cause may lie in our mental health.

We long for love too much, but we ignore the reality. People are not always as innocent as we think. Perhaps their original intentions were good. However, personnel affairs are like chess. We can never guess the next move.
