Arup – Binnies Joint Venture now invites applications for the following resident site staff positions for Agreement No. CE 16/2023 (CE) First Phase Development of the New Territories North – San Tin / Lok Ma Chau Development Node – Package 2 – Design and Construction.  

奥雅纳—宾尼斯联营就合约编号CE 16/2023 (CE) 为「新界北第一阶段发展 — 新田/落马洲发展枢纽 — 第二组 — 设计及建造 」进行招聘。

 

Located at the heart of NM and in close proximity to Shenzhen’s I&T zone in Huangang and Futian, San Tin Technopole is strategically positioned to be a hub for clustered I&T development that creates synergy with Shenzhen. The project mainly comprises of site formation of land and infrastructure works for the San Tin Technopole. The works in this Project commenced progressively from end 2024. 

新田科技城位于北部都会区的核心地带，毗邻深圳皇岗和福田的创新科技区，将成为创科发展集群的枢纽，与深圳科创园区产生协同效应；亦将助力香港实现「南金融、北创科」的新产业布局，打造优质、健康和绿色生活的新社区。工程主要包括新田科技城的土地平整和基础设施工程。工程已于2024年年底陆续展开。

 

The incumbents may be required to work irregular hours, overtime, at night and on shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and to carry out supervision outside Hong Kong when required.

获聘者的工作时间有可能被安排为不定时，包括加班，夜班，星期六、日和公众假期轮班，并于需要时须在香港以外地方进行监管工作。
