Arup – Binnies Joint Venture now invites applications for the following resident site staff positions for Agreement No. CE 16/2023 (CE) First Phase Development of the New Territories North – San Tin / Lok Ma Chau Development Node – Package 2 – Design and Construction.  

奧雅納—賓尼斯聯營就合約編號CE 16/2023 (CE) 為「新界北第一階段發展 — 新田/落馬洲發展樞紐 — 第二組 — 設計及建造 」進行招聘。

 

Located at the heart of NM and in close proximity to Shenzhen’s I&T zone in Huangang and Futian, San Tin Technopole is strategically positioned to be a hub for clustered I&T development that creates synergy with Shenzhen. The project mainly comprises of site formation of land and infrastructure works for the San Tin Technopole. The works in this Project commenced progressively from end 2024. 

新田科技城位於北部都會區的核心地帶，毗鄰深圳皇崗和福田的創新科技區，將成為創科發展集群的樞紐，與深圳科創園區產生協同效應；亦將助力香港實現「南金融、北創科」的新產業布局，打造優質、健康和綠色生活的新社區。工程主要包括新田科技城的土地平整和基礎設施工程。工程已於2024年年底陸續展開。

 

The incumbents may be required to work irregular hours, overtime, at night and on shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and to carry out supervision outside Hong Kong when required.

獲聘者的工作時間有可能被安排為不定時，包括加班，夜班，星期六、日和公眾假期輪班，並於需要時須在香港以外地方進行監管工作。
