Project Engineer (E&M / BS)

Responsibilities:
- Assist manager to coordinate with different parties to complete electrical installation as well as testing and commissioning works.
- Participate in tendering procedures.
- Involve in handling electrical design work, technical proposal, site working planning, monitoring, cost control and co-ordination works.
- Prepare method statement, risk assessment and layout drawings.
- Monitor the progress of project to ensure it can be completed with schedule and in compliance with contract requirements
- Conduct regular site inspection to monitor and check the subcontractors’ work quality.
- Attend meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 years related experiences in electrical installation works, preferably with experience in testing and commissioning in related projects.
- Experience in E&M works is a bonus
- Understand basic knowledge of construction and E&M drawings
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese including Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Reliable, self-motivated, proactive, positive work attitude
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) and Driving License will be an advantage
- Holder of driving license is also preferred
- Holder of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Engineer or Project Coordinator
