Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Content

• Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, WeChat, Weibo
  • Content direction & strategies will be provided by senior
  • Duties include copies, content, hashtag, scheduling and optimization
• Manage all website content ( translation and copy writing), from English to Traditional Chinese, such as products and product copy, blog, brand story, etc & ad-hoc translation tasks (English to Chinese, Simplified Chinese to Tradition Chinese)
• Compiling reports and proposals for pitching clients and to improve user experiences/conversions
• Press Releases write up, media & influencers outreach and reporting
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to grow brand recognition and customer base in Hong Kong and China markets
• Help develop all print and online content such as eDMs, lookbooks, blog, social media, etc.
• Work to increase user experience features to support sales conversion
• Coordinate and execute product photography shoots for online store
• Help organize and execute events, fashion shows, cross-promotional programs, press events
• Work closely with the marketing team and Managing Director, support ad-hoc or admin needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong at content, copy writing, content about fashion, luxury & lifestyle
• Love social media ( also have Instagram and Facebook experience)
• Highly detailed-oriented and organized with ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment
• Strategic thinking, analytical, proactive, flexible and can “think outside of the box”

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 + years experience in social media, journalism, luxury fashion or beauty Marketing
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
