Hostel Supervisor
Caritas Hospitality Services (CHS) is one of the service units of Caritas- Hong Kong, a charitable organization and the official social service agency of the Catholic Church in Hong Kong. The service comprises Lodge, Hostel and Catering Services.

Hostel Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and work closely with housekeeping team to accommodate guests’ needs.
- Coordinate hostel rosters, staff shift and leave arrangements.
- Ensure the work safety and hygiene of all areas.
- Handle check-in, check out and room change requirement.
- Assist manager for purchasing of housekeeping, maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Handle guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, refer problems to Assistant Manager of Hostel whenever necessary.
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Holder of certificate in hospitality studies and hotel management training or working experience will be advantage but not essential
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in hostel or apartment industry
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
- Familiar with hospitality PMS
- Proficient in office software applications, including Words and Excel
- Energetic, independent, patient, good communication and interpersonal skills, with a heart to serve
Location : Caine Road - Mid-Levels Central
Salary : Negotiable
