QA Lead (65K) - Leading Insurance Firm - 6 months contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a offshore testing team located in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and India.

• Deliver high-quality work by thoroughly understanding client needs and requirements. Develop test strategies and plans, and effectively allocate resources to meet stringent testing schedules.

• Define the scope of testing required for each release based on documentation requirements.

• Prepare testing-related documentation, including test plans and results.

• Oversee UAT defect management in collaboration with the business and UAT team.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software testing, including a minimum of 5 years in a Test Lead role.

• Domain knowledge of MPF or pension systems is preferred.

• Proficiency in both manual and automated software testing, with a focus on using tools for automation.

• Experience in drafting test plans and creating test scripts.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient in written and spoken English; spoken Cantonese is a plus.
