Direct Service Ambassador (insurance co.)

Our client, a leading banking insituition is currently seeking for a high-caliber candidate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve client’s queries through phone and digital channels (live chat, email) in a timely, efficient & professional manner.
• Liaise and collaborate with related business units and parties to resolve customers queries.
• Provide cross-department assistance and support if necessary.
• Provide daily support to supervisor and participate in ad hoc projects.
• Gatekeeping and Quality Control. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all requests to be completed with good quality standards.
• Provide first-level investigation to identify the root cause and case owners, propose solution and constructive advice for continuous improvement.
• Perform and support basic policy admin tasks.
• Handle Inbound and Outbound calls, facilitate engagement to Sales to meet the business target.

Qualifications:

• 3 + years of track record in providing excellent customer services; at least 1 year in Life insurance. 
• Prior experience in basic policy administration tasks
• HKCEE/DSE or above 
• Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Proven track record as both a team player and an individual contributor - mature, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• IIQE license (1,2,3) is a must.
• Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customer.
• Pro-active, self-motivated, mature, and pleasant personality
• Able to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills.
