IT Support Engineer (6 DAYS in APR & MAY 2025)

Position: IT Migration Support Specialist
Location: Multiple locations (as per the bank’s requirements; flexibility to travel is essential)
Employment Type: Full-time (Contract/Project-based)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for a large-scale IT migration project at a banking institution.
• Execute server updates, data migration, and network configuration tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system transitions and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to migration, servers, and networking.
• Document processes, configurations, and post-migration validation.
• Ensure compliance with banking sector security and regulatory standards during migration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, including server management, networking, and system migration.
• Prior experience in the banking/financial sector is highly preferred.
• Must be available to work full-time on-site throughout the project duration (no remote work).
• Strong technical skills in server OS (Windows/Linux), network protocols, and migration tools.
• Ability to adapt to varying work locations as required by the project.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Candidates must be detail-oriented, available to attend all the days, and committed to meeting tight project deadlines.
