我們正在尋找充滿教育熱誠、勇於創新的年輕人才。計劃為期9個月，給予導師各方面的機會探索幼兒教育的新領域，發展新的技能及思維模式，融合教學之中。
計劃內容：
- 專業教學知識及技巧培訓課程，包括基本幼兒言語發展知識、溝通互動技巧等
- 線上及上門實戰教授課堂，例如：故事班、中英文認讀班等
- 服務對象主要為幼稚園學生及小學生
- 講授 Yuppies® 教材並引導導師應用於課堂中
- 彈性編排課堂時間、地點及工作模式
- 完成後將頒發iSpeech 幼兒教育導師啟航計劃證書
計劃亮點：
- 定期專業教育知識交流工作坊
- 實戰教學經驗及活動籌劃
- 個別、小組個案討論及支援
- 師友計劃、興趣工作坊、休閑活動等
參與資格：
- 應屆大學畢業生或0-3年工作經驗的畢業生
- 修讀學科不限於幼兒教育
- 有責任感、勇於創新
- 能展示對教學的熱誠、個人見解及目標將優先考慮
