若說戒貪。獅子在吃飽后，能與羚羊一起同行。而幾乎所有人，都或多或少的，存有身外之物。
若說布施。一頭牛的一生，僅需消耗有限的草料，而產出的是牛奶、子女、及自己的身體。與之相比，還有誰敢自稱布施？
若說精進。惡劣環境中的動物，必先承受優勝劣汰的殘酷篩選，倖存下來的，也要終其一生，練習生存的技能，同時還要時時刻刻保持警覺，以防天敵。而幾乎所有人類，無須經此難。

設計太多士多啤梨了！
今次選用果仁 × 黑朱古力 × 橙汁作為題材
首先把已溶化了的無鹽牛油溶液、雞蛋、少許糖、鮮榨橙汁和黑朱古力溶液，最後加麵粉，製成了這個果仁朱古力× 橙汁杯子蛋糕。
並且，今次這個杯子蛋糕，我改用電磁爐蒸熟，先用大火蒸大約10分鐘，然後轉用細火繼續蒸多大約15-20分鐘。
記得最好用竹籤插中間，要插到最底，查看確定蛋糕是否已蒸熟透。
至於餅面裝飾，今次用果仁碎作點綴。
食譜（大約份量，純屬參考，可按個人喜好而增減調教）
黑朱古力 150g
麵粉 100g
無鹽牛油 50
白砂糖 5g
鮮榨橙汁 10g
雞蛋 1隻
果仁 少許
在製作過程中，讓自己有機會練習抹忌廉的手勢和技巧，的確要多練習才掌握到技巧的，即是揸刀的姿勢和動作，無論垂直和橫向的抹面動作。
再次體會到忌廉的確太快溶化，所以仍是用白豆蓉更好，起碼不會溶化，而且不油膩，這樣影響到抹蛋糕的效果是否美觀。
另外，至於朱古力裝飾，無論倒入朱古力矽膠模，或是塗在牛油紙上，不斷練習技巧，還有選用適當的食材，即是選用無須調溫的牛奶朱古力粒，並且要謹記一定要確保朱古力漿已填滿膠格內。
而糖膏製作方面，搓糖膏時，切勿讓糖膏接觸水份，雙手和糖膏要時刻保持乾爽，否則難以搓揉成型。
