半月前腦子一熱，收起並打包好了冬季衣服及被子，結果連續三天早上都是硬生生被凍醒的。
兩個星期以來，右小腿腳裸一直隱痛，活動時更甚，遇上樓梯台階時，就只能側着身子慢慢一級一級蹚着走，還伴隨着胸悶胃口差。
也沒啥別的影響，就沒當回事，眨眼過了十多天，症狀也自行減弱了不少。

首選了一個「麻黃湯」古方，再考慮到寒氣可能已布全身，便自行加了羌活和獨活兩味中藥幫助疏通上下。趁著課間休息請老師幫審核了一下，老師說，即然已經過了半個月，可去掉「麻黃」這味適合初發時才需要的猛藥較好。於是方子就改良成了這樣：
桂枝6g、杏仁6g、炙甘草3g 羌活9g、獨活9g

Underground manhole has many sewage accumulating there, can generate poisonous gas, H2S, flammable, and can explode, also insufficient O2, cause suffocation of workers inside manhole. In HK, for workers working in confined space, they must have received confined space training, then become Competent Person, authorized to work in confined space. This paper is to illustrate the safety precautions needed for workers to work in confined space.
