正價: HK$650/堂*
學生及介紹優惠: $600/堂

1對1 package優惠:
5堂以上 - 620/堂
10堂以上 - 600/堂
15堂以上 - 580/堂

2對1課堂 - 每人HK$380/堂

1. 黃竹坑 (奧運舉重/肌力與體能訓練 strength & conditioning)
2. 觀塘 (肌力與體能訓練 strength & conditioning)

I provide 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 training sessions.
Each session is 60-75 mins long (depends on the content & number of students). 

1-on-1 Private Training -
Regular price: HK$650/session*
Full Time Students & Referral: HK$600/session

1-on-1 Package price:
5 sessions or more - $620/session
10 sessions or more - $600/session
15 sessions or more - $580/session

2-on-1 Private Training - Each person HK$380/session

Venue - 
1. Wong Chuk Hang (Olympic Weightlifting/General strength & conditioning) 
2. Kwun Tong (General strength & conditioning)
