Human Resources Officer (HR Officer)
**Recruitment Management**
Responsible for the full-process recruitment of both store employees and office staff, maintaining recruitment channels, and expanding new recruitment resources.
**Employee Relations Affairs**
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, follow up on matters such as dismissal and re-employment, and maintain employee files.
**Labor Risk Handling** Responsible for handling employees' work-related injury incidents, coordinating and resolving labor disputes, and ensuring that the company's human resources management complies with relevant laws and regulations.
**Job Requirements**
- Major in Human Resources Management or related fields, with a college diploma or above. (IANG holders are welcome)
- Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in human resources. Those with experience in the retail industry or managing employees across multiple locations are preferred.
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulations such as the Labor Contract Law, and have knowledge of processes including employee recruitment, social insurance, and work-related injury handling.
- Have good communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and stress resistance, with a meticulous and responsible work attitude.
Experience in Chinese Enterprises is an advantage

员工关系事务办理员工入职、离职手续,跟进解聘、返聘等事宜,维护员工档案。
劳动风险处理负责员工工伤事故的处理,协调处理劳动争议,确保公司人力资源管理符合法律法规要求。
任职要求
人力资源管理或相关专业,大专及以上学历。
具备 1-3 年人力资源相关工作经验,有零售行业或多场所员工管理经验者优先。
熟悉劳动合同法等相关法律法规,了解员工招聘、社会保险、工伤处理等流程。
具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力及抗压能力,工作细心负责。
有中资企业工作经验者优先
