職責 :執行上司分配的測試工作, 檢查、保養、維修、控制及報告大廈的裝備、消防、渠務及一切設施, 及提供有關的記錄, 負責保養、維修商業大廈各工場及更換損耗的裝備, 監察及報告租客的裝修工程, 執行颱風及其他緊急工作 (有節日賀金, 婚假及喪假)
資歷 :中三程度; 2年經驗; 良好粵語; 懂讀寫中文; 持有電工A牌優先; 懂處理冷凝, 空調; 具大廈保養維修經驗工作地點：中環甲級商業大廈
工作時間：14:45 - 23:45
