MERCHANDISING MANAGER - toys manufacturer (Vietnam/HongKong/Dongguan)

• Main item : plastic toys
• Minor item : soft toys
• Factories : 2 X Dongguan + 2 X Vietnam
• Main market : US, European and Canadian market
• We are looking for   MERCHANDISING MANAGER   -  with details as follows :

  THE JOB :

• Lead Merchandising team in Vietnam factory
• Oversee & monitor merchandising activities in Vietnam factory
• Lead the Team to provide professional merchandising service to assigned customers and brands
• Overseas clients and orders follow, from sampling arrangement, mass production until shipment completed
• Coordinate with overseas customers; handle enquiries and resolve customers request in a professional and timely manner
• Drive and grow the business of existing customers; as well as develop new potential customers
• Build and enhance relationship with key toys brands and customers
• Degree holder; or an equivalent level of relevant work experience
• 10+ years merchandising in toys products for US/EU/Canadian/overseas market
• Solid managerial level experience to lead a merchandising team
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Work location : 80% Vietnam; 20% Hong Kong & Dongguan
• Hong Kong employment contract
• Annual leave : 16 days 
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
