Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineering staff on project basis, prepare working plan, schedule and ensure the project assignments to be completed within timeline

• Provide support to the technical transfer design by R&D to clients.

• Determine development schedule by identifying the timeline of each activity throughout the entire development process till mass production.

• Tackle problems encountered during production and provide modifications to improve productivity efficiency

• To liaise with hardware/software engineer to handle engineering design task

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electronic/Software Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 8 years related experience from manufacturing areas, of which 3 years at supervisory level and with good project management skills, certified PMP is preferrable

• Hands-on technical experience and sound knowledge on Electronic Hardware/Software engineering design of wireless headphone/ speaker/ electro-acoustic products/ car audio device or amplifier.

• Knowledge in circuit design, PCB layout, testing and evaluation

• Good communication and leadership skill

• Proficiency in both written and spoken of English and Mandarin

• Working in Dongguan plant

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
