Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and all-round support to management team
- Coordinate internal and external schedules, meetings / calendars and prepare meeting material
- Handle daily correspondence, communications and reception of guests
- Work cohesively with other departments to ensure smooth operation
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in secretarial / administrative functions is preferred (Candidates with less experience will also be considered)
- Diligent, meticulous, multi-tasked, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and reliable
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese words processing
- Good command of written and spoken skill in English and Chinese including Mandarin
