本機構透過提供多元化社會服務，實踐耶穌基督傳揚福音和服務人群之精神。
- 須具中五或以上程度、職業治療助理證書、至少2年或以上長者服務經驗；持有保健員/物理治療/職業治療助理證書可獲優先考慮
- 主要負責協助職業治療師及社工，為居家長者及其照顧者提供評估及安排使用合適的復康及樂齡科技器材；到戶探訪、安裝並教導長者及其照顧者有關器材之正確使用方法、注意事項及定期跟進；解答查詢；協助外出宣傳並推廣租賃服務
- 具良好中文書寫及電腦應用能力
- 工作地區︰沙田
以上職位皆可享有有薪公眾假期、進修資助、年假及其他假期福利
