薪酬及聘用條件：
- 薪金現時為 $16,135 (東華總薪級表第二點)，入職薪金視乎認可經驗而定。
- 上述薪金會按東華規定及 / 或參照公務員薪酬檢討而向上 / 下調整或凍結。
- 獲選的申請人將以合約條款受聘。員工福利包括有薪假期。
- 在聘用僱員從事與兒童、長者或精神上無行為能力人士相關工作的職位時，東華三院將要求申請人進行性罪行定罪紀錄查核。
