- We are looking for PURCHASING MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Team Management: Lead Purchasing team of 3-4 members for sourcing & purchasing watch components, and manage material supply & shortage status
- Supplier Management: Manage supplier relations, negotiate contracts, prices, and timelines.
- Daily Operations: Supervise daily purchasing activities, allocate tasks, and maintain the supplier database and purchase records.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and timely delivery of watch components from suppliers.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control purchasing costs to align with budgetary constraints.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.
- Reporting: Report to the General Manager
- Educational Background: Diploma holder or above is preferable
- Experience : 5+ years work experience in watch; experience or knowledge in purchasing watch components, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of watch components and the watch industry.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Terms & benefits : 5 days work; 13 months salary + bonus; annual leave : 14 day; medical insurance
