Events Service Supervisor / Captain 会议宴会服务督导员 / 部长

Responsibilities 职责:

• Provide a courteous and professional service to guest 为客人提供有礼而又专业的服务
• Ensure consistency in quality of food & beverage and standard of service 确保提供的食物及服务符合酒店标准
• Constantly obtain guest feedback to ensure satisfaction 获取客人回馈以确保客人对服务的满意程度
• Build and maintain positive rapport with guest and strive to constantly satisfy guests’ expectation 与客人建立并维持良好关系，尽量满足客人需求

Requirements 资历:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Banquet Operations at hotel or restaurant 最少两年与酒店或餐厅宴会营运的相关工作经验
• Certificate or above in Hospitality or related disciplines 持有款待、酒店管理证书或其他相关的学历
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua 具良好的英语、广东话及普通话的沟通技巧
• A great team player who is guest-oriented, attentive and proactive 具团队合作精神、良好客户服务技巧、细心及主动
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Events Service Captain 经验较少的申请者将被考虑为会议宴会服务部长
