- 香港中學會考五科合格/香港中學文憑考試五科2級或以上，包括中、英文科(課程乙)及數學；
- 具5年或以上相關工作經驗，經驗較少者將被考慮為環保運作助理；
- 具備前線回收、物流或團隊管理經驗者優先考慮；
- 能獨立工作、守時、工作主動及有條理、具良好團隊合作精神者優先考慮；
- 具良好的溝通及協調能力，重視團隊合作，支援和協調跨單位合作；
- 處理回收物，包括跟車、街站支援、回收倉務等，須體力勞動、搬運重物及戶外工作；
- 協助策劃及執行市場推廣活動，包括社交媒體管理、內容製作、活動支援及與合作夥伴建立良好關係；
- 協助處理回收記錄的報告事宜，並執行其他獲指派的工作；
- 每週平均工作45小時，五天工作，需要週六、日或公眾假期輪班；葵芳區工作。
