Test Lead

Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and walkthrough of Test Strategy with relevant stakeholders internally and with client • Work on the estimates and strategy for new project/release • Setting up processes • Excellent writing and reading skills in English • Lead the team, interact with client stakeholders • Provide support in Business development activities, have conversations with different project stakeholders to understand the testing needs • Manage the Daily/Weekly activities of the Team Members and support the onboarding of new team members • Understand technological landscape, architecture & service layers involved • Manage stakeholders' expectations across Insprint, Integration and UAT within and outside Project teams • Preparing Test strategy and test planning for various phases of the project • Co-ordinate with Business users for UAT execution • Ensure team is enabled to perform the tasks assigned to them and work with them to mitigate the impediments • Well versed in Agile Methodologies Job Requirements: • Strong in Test Management, Manual Testing (iOS/Android) • Excellent knowledge on retailmobile testing • Knowledge on technical areas- database testing, salesforce testing, automation • Knowledge of any Test Management Tool • Good in communication skills – English • Creating the Test Strategy for programs • Should have worked in end to end lifecycle of a project • Experience working in large and complex projects
