Assistant Brand Manager / Senior Trade Marketing Executive (For Vinda brand)

Responsibilities:

• Execute all-rounded marketing activities for one of the assigned leading brands in the FMCG industry;

• Plan and implement trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive sales growth, including promotional campaigns, in-store activations and POSM, etc.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance and campaign ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement;

• Assist in brand marketing activities including ATL (TVC, Print, and Digital etc.) and BTL campaigns, PR events etc;

• Coordinate with internal cross functional teams and external parties (e.g. vendors, agencies, factories) on new product development, marketing research etc;

• Manage A&P budget for assigned brands and projects, ensuring accurate expense tracking and adherence to budget guidelines;

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing monthly reports and insights to management;

• Provide daily marketing operational support, coordination and support any ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Marketing or Business Administration is a must;

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in sizable company, preferably FMCG industry;

• Solid experience in trade marketing is highly preferred;

• Strong business sense with strategic thinking and analytical mind;

• Initiative, self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines;

• Excellent commend of written and spoken English & Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ad hoc travel is needed
