Legal Counsel_leasing_Property management

Job responsibilities：

• Independently handle legal matters, including but not limited to drafting and reviewing company contracts, agreements, regulations, and other legal documents, representing the company in related litigation and non-litigation cases, and participating in business negotiations;

• Work closely with management, business team, internal and external counsel in drafting, negotiating and executing all necessary legal documents

• Responsible for company compliance management, contract risk control and other risk control work;

• Provide legal advice, analysis, and decision-making basis for the company.

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor's degree or above in a law-related major;

• Qualified as a lawyer in Hong Kong(PQE 3 years up), more than 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer;

• Experience in handling Leasing and Tenancy Agreement;

• Results-oriented, strong oral and written expression ability, good communication and coordination ability and team spirit

• Possesses solid legal expertise as well as sound business sense

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, able to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent research skills, good interpersonal skills and judgment

• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
