Sales Support Executive / Assistant (5 days work)

Job Description:         

• Process full range of sales quotations, purchase orders and sales order follow-up

• Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints in professional manner

• Co-ordinate with sales teams and functional teams to deliver business results

• Assist managers to perform sales analysis and inventory monitoring

• Support department administrative duties

Job Requirement:

• Diploma holder in any disciplines with strong numerical and analytical skill

• At least 2 years relevant working experience preferably gained in  health care industry

• Excellent inter-personal and communication skill

• Details oriented, initiative and good in problem solving skill

• Committed to quality and business results

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
