Senior Principal Officer - Club Operations, Discovery Bay Recreation Club (5 days work)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the proper maintenance of all club facilities and areas, maintaining a safe, clean and tidy environment for club members
• Manage the Housekeeping and Gardening Team
• Monitor the progress of maintenance activities related to the club's electrical, mechanical, and water supply
• Prepare project-related documentation, including tender documents, quotations, and action plans
• Coordinate with external contractors for approved works, projects, and renovations
• Manage the timely renewal of all company vehicle licenses and ensure regular maintenance is performed to address safety and operational concerns
• Manage the provision of logistical and transportation support for club events and activities to ensure reliable service delivery
• Oversee and execute the club's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager - Club Operations

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in hospitality management or related discipline
• 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Holder of the Hong Kong Driving License No. 1 & 2 is preferred
• Proactive, positive, and eager to learn, with a willingness to embrace challenges
• Effective team player with demonstrated leadership skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
