應徵者須具（甲）小學或以上程度；及（乙）相關工作經驗。曾接受密閉空間工作訓練，及持安全綠咭者可獲優先考慮。職責包括（一）負責樓宇及課室運作；（二）執行各類清潔及消毒工作，包括室內、室外、洗手間及校內街道；及（三）執行有關環境保護等工作。受聘者須於晚間當值（星期一至五：下午1:45至晚上11:00；星期六長週：上午11:30至晚上8:30），並須按指示於假日／颱風訊號懸掛期間當值及執行緊急維修工作。將以兩年合約方式聘用，完成合約後可獲約滿酬金，表現優良者可獲考慮續聘。〔註：如較早前曾申請相同職位（編號：B/250000Y5/ml）者毋須再次申請。〕
