About the role
As an Accounting Officer, you will play a vital role in conducting accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and assisting with month-end closing processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of accounts payable entries with precision and efficiency.
- Responsible for submitting the invoice and ensure accuracy with internal protocols.
- Assisting with the internal audit review and internal control
- Review the expenses report and handle staff reimbursement
- Liaise with various stakeholders for preparing the reconciliation report
- Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the finance team.
Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
- Experience with Oracle will be a big advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Open to learning, reliable, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
