Digital Product Manager
Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to gather insights and define product requirements.
Analyze the current commerce system to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation.
Define and prioritize product goals, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap for the commerce system redesign.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and accessible user experiences.
Work closely with design, development, QA and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product releases using agile methodologies.
Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing phases to ensure a smooth transition.
Act as the primary liaison between business, design, and technical teams.
Coordinate with different LOBs to ensure readiness for launch.
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Drive continuous iteration and optimization based on analytics and stakeholders’ feedback
Stay informed about e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, then use them to improve the current system
Job Requirements
Proven ability to gather and analyze user insights to define product requirements and identify system improvements.
Strong skills in setting and prioritizing product goals and success metrics.
Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, and translating business needs into actionable product plans.
Proficiency in agile methodologies for managing product development cycles, including sprint planning and backlog management.
Expertise in overseeing data migration, system integration, and testing processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to monitor and optimize product performance, leveraging the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
