Digital Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to gather insights and define product requirements.

  • Analyze the current commerce system to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation.

  • Define and prioritize product goals, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap for the commerce system redesign.

  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and accessible user experiences.

  • Work closely with design, development, QA and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product releases using agile methodologies.

  • Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing phases to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business, design, and technical teams.

  • Coordinate with different LOBs to ensure readiness for launch.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Drive continuous iteration and optimization based on analytics and stakeholders’ feedback

  • Stay informed about e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, then use them to improve the current system

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven ability to gather and analyze user insights to define product requirements and identify system improvements.

  • Strong skills in setting and prioritizing product goals and success metrics.

  • Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, and translating business needs into actionable product plans.

  • Proficiency in agile methodologies for managing product development cycles, including sprint planning and backlog management.

  • Expertise in overseeing data migration, system integration, and testing processes.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to monitor and optimize product performance, leveraging the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
