Job Responsibilities:  

• Develop, implement and optimize RAG architectures to enhance the performance of large language models (LLMs) with access to relevant and up-to-date information. 

• Develop and refine prompts for LLMs to achieve desired outputs and improve the accuracy and relevance of generated content. 

• Developing and implementing algorithms for natural language processing and understanding 

• Researching state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies 

• Optimizing and fine-tuning the performance and accuracy of chatbots 

• Keeping abreast of the latest advances in artificial intelligence and applying them to enhance the functionality of chatbots 

• Collaborate with department heads, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and develop innovative solutions. 

• Maintain and improve website front-end, back-end, and databases 

Job Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or related field 

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, ReactJS, JavaScript, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS, and SQL. 

• Familiarity with back-end and front-end frameworks and platforms with relevant libraries such as React, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. 

• Familiarity with deep learning, large-scale language modeling (LLM), and machine learning algorithms, especially Natural Language Processing (NLP). 

• A solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

• Experience with full stack development is a plus. 

• Familiarity with coal mining terminology and practices is a plus. 

• Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn. 

•  Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
