We are looking for talented people to be part of our dynamic team!The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders in the identification of training needs, design and delivery of management and leadership training, and measurement of training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Training or related disciplines
- 10 years of hands-on experience in organizing, designing and conducting service and management training with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in the service / hospitality industry will be a definite plus
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
- Mature, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities with minimum supervision
- Passionate in developing people and promoting continuous learning
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
