Assistant Architect / Architect

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the in-house architectural team, participate in projects in Hong Kong, including hotel, commercial, office, residential and conservation of heritage buildings;
- Contribute in architectural design, interior fitting-out coordination and project management works;
- Handle government submissions, site supervision and general project coordination works.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience;
- Well-versed with local development controls;
- Knowledge of production of architectural drawings, graphics, 3D renderings;
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop;
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Immediate available is an advantage;
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Architect.
