- 為香港及內地客戶提供廣泛,專業的金融服務，包括:人壽保險，儲蓄，教育，財富管理及投資組合, 退休計劃, 風險管理和海外資產配置方案等
- 發展香港﹑國內及投資移民市場，了解客戶需求，提供個人化的財務方案
- 提供專業意見，到位服務，建立個人品牌，達至擴展網絡領域，維繫，開發及擴展客戶網絡
- 建立及管理財富管理團隊
- 開拓團體醫療保障及褔利保障和 MPF 業務﹑所有商業保險業務
- 在學期有額外津貼，高達60,000
