保護兒童支援服務 (ChildPRO)

一個人的童年,影響他一生的發展;孩童的成長,決定社會的未來。每名兒童都應該免於任何形式的傷害、疏忽照顧和剝削,但現時仍有一些孩子生活在身體、精神或心靈創傷的陰影下。本會得到社會福利署資助,將成立一支跨專業的「保護兒童支援服務專隊」,為受傷害或懷疑受傷害的兒童提供保護,為其相關的照顧者提供支援服務。如果你具備相關資格,又有愛心、敏銳觸覺、耐性、富責任感,具獨立工作及應變能力,擅於與不同持分者及服務對象溝通,我們邀請您加入成為保護兒童支援服務專隊成員,讓兒童不論身處何方,聲音都被聽見,得到一個快樂童年;讓照顧者縱使有多彷徨,壓力得以舒緩,生命得以轉化。

條件:
持認可社會工作文憑 / 副學士或以上學歷,必須為註冊社工。不少於3年兒童、青少年及家庭服務經驗優先。

職責:
需外展家訪、為服務對象提供實地指導及示範;舉辦治療性、心理社會個人課程及小組、教育性及家庭增潤活動等。了解服務對象的進程,與轉介機構緊密溝通及合作。工作地點:屯門及元朗區。工作時間:每周工作 44 小時,五天工作、需於周末、周日及晚上輪班工作。

全職員工可享有以下完善福利:
按不同職系可享有有薪年假 14-20 天 (社會工作員 17 天起;護士 / 治療師 20 天起)、公眾假期 17 天、婚假、分娩假、恩恤假、侍產假、超時工作補假、免費體檢、醫療保險、人壽保險、醫療優惠、僱主強積金供款按年資最高可遞增至 15%、在職培訓及良好晉升階梯等。
