The Job
- Manage and maintain HR systems and portals such as HRIS, eRecruitment, eLearning and ePMS.
- Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
- Provide training and support to system users.
- Liaise and collaborate with vendors, IT and system users to ensure smooth operation of HR systems and integrations between various systems.
- Participate in reviewing and enhancement of HR workflows and processes automation.
- Develop reports, dashboards and data analytics.
- Support other HR projects when necessary.
The Person
- Degree in Computer Studies, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementation and support of HRIS and eRecruitment system. Experience in using robotic process automation (RPA) tools is preferred.
- Sound knowledge in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
