職責：以多元化技巧提供專業社會工作服務予入住兒童之家的兒童，協助他們處理入住後的各項事宜；透過督導正家長／代家長實行每位兒童的輔導計劃，並定期進行個案會議，協助達成兒童的長遠福利安排。
工作地點：馬鞍山區
