Responsibilities:

Responsible for timely daily inbound & outbound shipment arrangement with accurate documentation
Actively collaborate with external & internal departments to effectively trouble shoot shipment delay, damage and any other issues
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement in daily operation to enhance productivity & efficiency
Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor/ Diploma in Logistics Management
1 - 2 years’ experience in logistics (Fresh graduate are welcome)
Good command of English, Cantonese & Putonghua; Good communication skills & teamwork spirits
Self-motivated candidate with customer-oriented mindset and attention to details; High sensitivity to data and number is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point & Word
Travel to PRC might be needed
